★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Lovely poo area l- worth asking for a room looking out over it. Delicious fruit salad for breakfast. Negative: The address given is incomplete, so no taxi driver would take us (property is quite a way from the centre). You must give the cross street - #11 I think. If you don’t like dogs then this place may not be for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just spent 3 weeks at Villa Segovia, 2 in January & 1(which was too short!)the end of February. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had! I've been to a lot of islands & traveled quite extensively & never had such a positive, warm, inclusive & safe places I've stayed! Yes, the language differences may have been a small issue with the staff, but with translation apps on ones phone, it actually added to the travel & learning experience. I think the staff appreciated us trying & were friendly & very efficient. The breakfast was amazing! We walked downtown every afternoon to watch the sunset & eat dinner & the walk home was never worrisome in the least! You can't go wrong staying there! Jacquie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend, very comforting, relaxing place. Especially good if you’re here for the great hospital and not necessarily to enjoy the sights of Cozumel. I’m here for a medical appointment at the hospital and this place has been so amazingly flexible. When my condition changed they changed our room to give me better access to amenities I needed. We were originally supposed to stay for one night and unfortunately my medical stuff was not that simple but they extended our stay without issue (no mean feat since this is a very small hotel). My wife says the food is good, and my daughter loved the pool. It feels like you’re a guest in someone’s house which is just very comforting. Everyone was super friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great hotel! We loved everything - the staff, the rooms, the garden and pool, and the breakfast. We also rented a car from them in a good price. Finally, they helped us bringing some things we forgot there to Playa del carmen. Highly recommended!
