This is a very safe location in Tulum, the staff is very friendly has a lot of common places to hang out with other people nice pools nice seating areas very comfortable room I highly recommend it will be going back

The place is reasonably priced, and the host is extremely pleasant and welcoming. She's also very responsive when you contact her via WhatsApp. The space is large enough for a large group, but the kitchen was small. The location had both pros and cons. Since I've already covered the majority of the benefits, I'll move on to the drawbacks. CONS: -No wash cloth or extra towel provided -No body wash provided -Space was not cleaned in between (stayed 7 days) -In the shower, the water pressure is extremely low, and the shower head is impractical. -Some bathrooms lacked hot water. -Water sprayed everywhere because some didn't have shower curtains or glass. -There are no towels to dry your feet when you get out the shower. -There was no pool cleaning while we were there, and the pool was filthy when we arrived. -There were no extra blankets, even though we requested them. -There were no brooms available. -It's difficult to find (I recommend pinning the location while you're there and giving it to taxi drivers) -Wasn't cleaned properly; I discovered other guests' items under the bed. -There will be no drinking water available, so bring your own. -Bugs in the rooms (spider bit my friend) - Construction is everywhere so like the host put in the listing it is very noisy but only in the day time. Pros -Ac in all rooms -Decent beds -Host recommended private chef Moti (he was good and reasonable) -Enough toilet paper provided -Excellent patio (just need a fan) If these things are not a big deal for you you'll love it!
