★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivo en este lugar y se me ha hecho un lugar limpio, los jardines, la gente, todo aunque si pagamos por algo se tiene que hacer bien, ya que hay un problema con la alberca; y así pues no está tan padre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de los vendedores y su labor de venta excelente, el tamaño de la casa, y de primera impresión muy bonitas y bien. Pero en cuestión de construcvion ya que adquieres mal salen muchos defectos y no aplican garantías,se tardan mucho en resolver problemas. Y lo peor de todo te obligan por 3 años a estar con una empresa de administración y seguridad las cuales no realizan su trabajo adecuadamente ni lo que indican (sus responsabilidades están hechas a la mitad) y estas obligado a pagar y mantenerlos por 3 años sin que realicen bien su trabajo.

But in a matter of construction since you acquire badly many defects come out and do not apply guarantees, they take a long time to solve problems. And worst of all, they force you for 3 years to be with a management and security company which do not perform their job properly or what they indicate (their responsibilities are half done) and you are obliged to pay and maintain them for 3 years without let them do their job well.
