C	Checo De Loera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de llegada, te dan la dirección mal, no hay agua caliente, fugas de agua o no habia. Alberca muy pequeñita, bien ubicado cerca de la 5ta av. Barato pero tampoco era tan barato para lo que recibimos. Bad attention on arrival, they give you the wrong address, no hot water, no water leaks or no. Very small pool, well located near the 5th avenue. Cheap but not so cheap for what we received.

Para empezar la ubicación (no está actualizada el hotel ya cambio de nombre a coconut y es un lío llegar) es extremadamente ruidoso (las bombas de agua no paran en todo el día ni en toda la noche. Justo arriba de mi habitación estaba una) encontramos muchas cucarachas muertas en la habitación, no había toallas, el agua de la alberca sucia. Las almohadas son relleno de trapos. Terrible, salimos corriendo de ahí. Run is a trap! To start the location (the hotel is not updated and in exchange for a coconut name and it is a mess to get there) it is extremely noisy (the water pumps do not stop all day or all night) Just above my room was one) We found many dead cockroaches in the room, there were no towels, the water in the dirty pool. The pillows are stuffed with rags. Terrible, we ran out of there.

Habitaciones todas equipadadas y muy cómodas!! Esta a metros del inicio de la 5ta avenida. Excelente atención. Los recomiendo!y los volvería a elegir. Beautiful hotel, in playa del carmen. Very nice and quaint place. Breakfast included. It has a swimming pool and free wifi. Rooms all equipped and very comfortable !! It is a few meters from the beginning of 5th avenue. Excellent attention. I recommend them! And I would choose them again.

Las habitaciones son sencillas, espaciosas y limpias, el personal es muy amable y atento! El desayuno incluído es muy básico y los productos no son de buena calidad. Tiene una piscina en el segundo piso y hay música sonando la mayoría del tiempo. En general está bien como una opción de bajo costo. Central location in Playa del Carmen, is a very good price compared to most. The rooms are simple, spacious and clean, the staff is very friendly and attentive! The breakfast included is very basic and the products are not of good quality. It has a pool on the second floor and there is music playing most of the time. In general it is fine as a low cost option.

El servicio de Internet es pésimo, algunos días hay agua caliente para ducharse, otros días solamente hay agua fría. Los colchones , almohadas y las sábanas son tan viejos como la ciudad. Lo bueno... la ubicación y la piscina en el 1er piso. Lo malo el precio elevado de renta no compensa la falta de mantenimiento del lugar y sus carencias de limpieza. The studios are small and some of them are full of humidity which ruins your clothes and electronic equipment. The internet service is lousy, some days there is hot water for showering, other days there is only cold water. The mattresses, pillows and sheets are as old as the city. The good... the location and the pool on the 1st floor. The bad: the high rental price does not compensate for the lack of maintenance of the place and its lack of cleanliness.

They wanted to have the cash right on the spot instead of waiting a week for the money. They asked me to leave my PASSPORT until I pay them next day or I should go and find an ATM @ 9:00pm in a city I've never been before. Thank god I found another place after a 3 mile walk. Never NEVER coming back here yall. Get the hell out of this place.

Very local place for travellers to get immerse in Mexican culture. Deck with small pool and breakfast is served everyday. The location is a problem due to construction going on all day long next door. Like other locations, walls are very thin so noisy...it is a trend to keep tourists and local workers awake. Beware of false profiles posting few reviews.
