Very nice house

Some issues but great location.

Just placed new dinning room furniture. Great place to have family parties.

Incredible place. Perfect for a secluded romantic vacation! Excellent host lives next door.

Great for a large group. The pool is cold. Although the water is a bit rocky, there are still good spots to swim on the private beach. Really good snorkeling so bring your mask. The villa has snorkel gear in the bathroom stored under the sink. Recommend visiting the Costco in cancun on your way from the airport. Great prices on food and alcohol. Service from villa turquesa owner was excellent. If you have a large group this villa is a good option.

We stayed here with a large group of 12 friends here. Lots of space and very comfortable! Great ocean view along with the pool which was very convenient. The place was clean and somewhat easy to get to give the main entrance was a bit hidden but that Mexico. The cleaners are very nice and accommodating. The security is no where near what it appears to be. Small items were stolen by the pool as well as a $1,000 portable speaker which was stolen from inside the house while we were sleeping with all doors and windows closed! We followed up with guards at the gate...nothing. Followed up with the property manger...nothing. Asked for camera recording in the back yard..nothing. There was absolutely no assistance of any kind. Poor management for the price we paid for...

Great location, amazing views. Loved the ability to house 15+ people comfortably. Appreciated the cleanliness of the house and the ability to have a full kitchen for meals in. Wonderful location to snorkel just feet from the patio.
