★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought their "concentrate" in airport, leaving Cancun. This is not vanilla concentrate and neither some sort of vanilla flavor to be used for cooking or drinks. it is something close to soaking socks water. with added caramel for color. stay away . go and buy artificial vanilla and you will do yourself a favor. go down the drain

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not real vanilla extract... we picked this up at the Duty Free when leaving Cancun and they were selling loads of the stuff. All the sales people will tell you it's the real deal, but it's not. The Villa Vanilla 'vanilla concentrate' (500 mL bottle) tastes like water. Completely useless for baking. The first ingredient is water, while real extract's first ingredient is vanilla bean extract (followed by water and alcohol). We threw ours out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with everyone here... if i could give it NO stars i would! I have been to Mexico, i have bought real Vanilla and this is NOT Vanilla. What a joke. They ship out of the US but NO phone number in the US to call. DO NOT buy this product.

She bought at the duty free port. Don’t fall for this scam 12/24/19

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought Villa Vainilla "Concentrate"on our stop at Cozumel at one of the stores on the dock. It is so watered down that you do not even get a hint of vanilla flavor when you taste it. My friend and I bought their 3 bottles for $24.00, then boarded our cruise ship. Do not get sucked into their sales pitch. Make sure you don't buy this "Concentrate" thinking you are buying extract. My bottle is going down the drain along with the 8$ a bottle we paid for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will unfortunately add another bad review. Their chocolate bars are simply inedible. I am a chocolate lover and could not even finish a bite. I got 6 different flavors (I know ?) and stopped trying after the 3rd. Don't waste your time, your money and your tastebuds. This is undoubtedly the worse chocolate I was given to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this zero Stars I would. My mother purchased several bottles of this brand from the duty free in Puerto Vallarta airport. It is literally brown water with a hint of vanilla flavor. Several years ago I purchased the same brand and it was excellent. They have certainly changed the product and are obviously trying to make a few bucks off of tourists leaving the area. It's shameful.
