X	Xavier Juarez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ una hora tarde en el check in, el cuarto muy pequeño ademas que tenia cabellos largos junto a la cama y en el baño, la cama muy cómoda y muy amables las señoritas de recepción . One hour late at check-in, the room very small plus I had long hair next to the bed and in the bathroom, very comfortable bed and very friendly ladies at reception.

No habia agua caliente ni presión en la regadera, a pesar de reportarlo nunca dieron solución. Very small rooms, the service is not very good since they tend to ignore you even when you are in front of them. There was no hot water or pressure in the shower, despite reporting it, they never gave a solution.

The personnel is very friendly. The rooms are comfortable, clean and beautiful. The location is good since it is a few blocks from the Zócalo de Puebla.

Excellent attention and service, very comfortable and colonial rooms, wear ear protectors as you can hear some noise from cars in the rooms facing the street.
C	Cintia Ramirez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, empleados poniendo música a muy alto volumen desde antes de la 7 am hablas para pedir que le bajen al volumen y les da risa ( burlándose del huésped), les vale la petición del huésped, después hacen todo el ruido posible, entre carcajadas, golpes y demás. Las habitaciones sin ventilador ni aire acondicionado, 1 solo empleado para llevar los carros al valer parking que no se da abasto. Debes pedir tu auto con 45 minutos de antelación. PÉSIMA ELECCIÓN NO REGRESARÍA NO REGRESARE Terrible customer service, employees playing music at very high volume since before 7 am you speak to ask for the volume to be lowered and it makes them laugh (making fun of the guest), they are worth the guest's request, then they make as much noise as possible, between laughter, blows and others. The rooms without fan or air conditioning, 1 only employee to take the cars to the parking that is not supplied. You must order your car 45 minutes in advance. BAD CHOICE I WILL NOT RETURN I WILL NOT RETURN

El agua de la regadera con muy buena presión y la temperatura (si te gusta muy caliente) perfecta. Muy recomendable. El precio súper bien en relación calidad precio. Ideal para una salida espontánea de fin de semana con tu pareja. NO NIÑOS. Very pretty. Super located, with parking. The price very well. Also with breakfast (American included). The comfortable bed Water from the shower with very good pressure and temperature (if you like it very hot) perfect. Highly recommended The price super good in relation quality price. Ideal for a spontaneous weekend outing with your partner. NO CHILDREN.

El desayuno (Americano) ofrece lo esencial aunque el chico que atiende es un poco indiferente le da igual si existe alguna situación como con el tostador, la limpieza no es al 100% buena ya que encontré cabellos en el baño y algunos en la cama, y es importante mencionar que es difícil dormir tranquilo por que los coches hacen demasiado ruido afuera por la noche(esto es ajeno al hotel) por lo cual recomiendo llevar protectores de oídos. The hotel is nice has a colonial look with some modifications, the atmosphere is more like a couple, the beds are comfortable. Breakfast (American) offers the essentials, although the boy who attends is a bit indifferent, he does not care if there is a situation like with the toaster, the cleaning is not 100% good since I found hair in the bathroom and some in the bed, and it is important to mention that it is difficult to sleep peacefully because cars make too much noise outside at night (this is foreign to the hotel) so I recommend wearing ear protectors.
