Fui a ponerle amortiguadores a mi camioneta, luego de ponérselos y salir a probar la camioneta, se dieron cuenta que unos tornillos que habían puesto, habían quedado grandes y rozaban contra el chasis, luego, esos tornillos que se los pusieron porque al momento de revisar esa llanta, se detectó que le faltaba uno, los reemplazaron y la falla sigue. Creo que deben contratar gente que de verdad sepa su oficio, porque ponen en riesgo el prestigio de la empresa y dejan un mal sabor de boca a quienes llevamos nuestros autos a reparar.
Actually, I was disappointed in the service at this branch. I went to put shock absorbers on my truck, after putting them on and going out to test the truck, they realized that some screws they had put on, had been large and were rubbing against the chassis, then, those screws that were put on because at the time of checking that tire, it was detected that one was missing, they were replaced and the fault continues. I think they should hire people who really know their trade, because they put at risk the prestige of the company and leave a bad taste in the mouth of those who take our cars to repair.
