La atención de Karla y Claudia es estupenda, son super amables y amigables,me ayudaron a celebrar y decorar super bonito el detalle de aniversario con mi pareja,el desayuno exquisito, NO CABE DUDA QUE EL LUGAR ES MARAVILLOSO,la alberca y cada rincón es LINDÍSIMO. It's a magic place! The attention of Karla and Claudia is great, they are super kind and friendly, they helped me celebrate and decorate the anniversary detail with my partner, the exquisite breakfast, THERE IS NO DOUBT THAT THE PLACE IS WONDERFUL, the pool and every corner is BEAUTIFUL.

Sin embargo, este lugar no solo es una opción de hospedaje increíble, sino un gran ejemplo de sustentabilidad. El restaurante es realmente excepcional, dentro del contexto del pueblo. Dentro de las cosas no tan positivas, se encuentra en una calle un poco alejada y abandonada, pero no lo considero un problema. Es un lugar ampliamente recomendable, el precio es justo y la atención maravillosa. Regresaré en algún momento. This hotel is a hidden gem. Possibly, Totolapan is not an attractive place and even less so since 2017, since it was a place that suffered a lot from the earthquake. However, this place is not only an amazing lodging option, but a great example of sustainability. The restaurant is truly exceptional, within the context of the town. Among the not so positive things, it is located on a somewhat remote and abandoned street, but I do not consider it a problem. It is a highly recommended place, the price is fair and the attention wonderful. I'll be back at some point.

Agradable a la vista y además rico. Es un lugar único en la región , de difícil acceso pero eso mismo lo hace exclusivo para quienes gusten de un lugar tranquilo, hermosas vistas a las montañas, restaurant muy pequeño y por lo mismo la atención es eficiente. Además hicimos un recorrido por las instalaciones de las cabañas, jardines , hasta los baños están súper padres . Excellent, we loved it. We only went to the restaurant and the food is first class, everything we ordered was very well prepared. Pleasant to look at and also rich. It is a unique place in the region, difficult to access but that makes it exclusive for those who like a quiet place, beautiful views of the mountains, a very small restaurant and therefore the service is efficient. We also took a tour of the facilities of the cabins, gardens, even the bathrooms are super cool.

No hay televisores en las habitaciones pero te comparten servicio de wifi que funciona en algunas áreas del hotel. Por la noche nos encendieron la fogata, hay columpios y salitas en todo el jardín. La comida deliciosa! Los desayunos espectaculares! Definitivamente lo recomiendo! ? I liked it all! The service and treatment of the staff was incredible ? The cabins are super well maintained and beautiful, I spent a very relaxed weekend. There are no TVs in the rooms but they do share Wi-Fi service that works in some areas of the hotel. At night they lit the fire for us, there are swings and lounges throughout the garden. The delicious food! Spectacular breakfasts! I definitely recommend it! ?

The service is awesome and owners super nice and are always making sure you are happy. Definatly one of the best hotels we have been to.

Owners are so kind and helpful, they do amazing job and other places should really come and learn how to take care of their guests. The place is like an oasis in this town, with super nice garden, beautiful wooden cottages that so reminded our home country. And the food - they prepared meals with our dietary needs, vegetarians are welcome here. Totally recommend! Thank you!
