★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rentamos mi familia y yo en Villas Princess una casa, pedimos 5 recámaras. 2 de los cuartos están fuera de la casa. Una de las dos carece de aire acondicionado y es sumamente reducida. El comedor es para 7 personas. Si tomamos en cuenta que son 5 cuartos y que por cada uno hay 2 individuos, tres comen en el suelo.
La recámara principal tiene un enorme closet cerrado y según la encargada no tiene llaves para abrirlo, cuando le pregunte donde colgaríamos la ropa, se limitó a levantar los hombros.
Se nos ofreció internet y para nuestra mala suerte, precisamente en nuestra Villa la No. 53 hay un fallo desde hace una semana y no han podido solucionarlo.
El baño de la recámara principal tenía taponadas las llaves y el desagüe,
El baño del cuarto de Servicio, porque no es recámara sale el agua sucia y apestosa.
El baño de adentro y que es común tiene un terrible y fétido olor.
La alberca que está dentro de la casa tiene el agua bastante turbia y sucia.
Lamentablemente el pago se hace por adelantado y la persona con quién contratas, que por supuesto no son los dueños te pinta una casa de lujo preciosa y con todos los servicios.
Venimos a pasar el Año Nuevo con nuestros hijos y siempre buscamos un lugar agradable y bonito.
Nos sentimos timados, y no somos personas de gritos y sombrerazos, pero es una verdadera decepción.
Consejo: cuando contraten cerciorarse a profundidad de lo que les ofrecen. Y denunciar si no cumplen con lo prometido.

My family and I rented a Villas at Villas Princess, we asked for 5 bedrooms. 2 of the rooms are outside the house. One of the two lacks air conditioning and is greatly reduced. The dining room is for 7 people. If we take into account that there are 5 rooms and that for each there are 2 individuals, three eat on the floor.
The master bedroom has a huge closed closet and according to the manager has no keys to open it, when I asked where we would hang the clothes, she just raised her shoulders.
We were offered internet and for our bad luck, precisely in our Villa No. 53 there has been a failure for a week and they have not been able to solve it.
The bathroom in the master bedroom had the keys and the drain plugged,
The bathroom of the Service room, because it is not a bedroom, dirty and stinky water comes out.
The bathroom inside and that is common has a terrible and foul smell.
The pool inside the house has quite murky and dirty water.
Unfortunately the payment is made in advance and the person with whom you hire, who of course are not the owners paints you a beautiful luxury house with all the services.
We come to spend the New Year with our children and we always look for a nice and beautiful place.
We feel scammed, and we are not people of screams and hats, but it is a real disappointment.
Tip: when they hire make sure in depth what they offer. And report if they do not fulfill what was promised.
