I update my comment: I do not know what happened to him but the service was horrible, they changed administration and they were practically only to give us the keys and they left, they promised us New Year's dinner and they never stopped to give it, there was no hot water, the sky was cut, the Air conditioners did not work, there was no paper in the bathrooms and obviously no one to provide them, pool with dirty water. With saying that we had to leave the key inside the room since nobody had the courage to go face-to-face and pick it up. Pity because they were the top 5 of bungalows in Chacala, now I do not recommend them for anything in the world.
