Las casas están muy bien distribuidas 3 recámaras, 2 y medio baños y buen tamaño de terreno; Las casas están separadas, cuentan 2 cajones de estacionamiento, cuarto de lavado dentro de la casa y amplias áreas comunes. Y el precio de Preventa, es una maravilla! Excellent residential development in presale. C	Cynthia Lazo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No compren casas de la Desarrolladora INCA, los proyectos están mal supervisados, la privada Aquamarina de Villas Bonanza fue entregada inconclusa y la desarrolladora a la fecha sigue sin dar respuesta de todos los vicios ocultos y “garantías” de las casas; la bomba de la alberca no sirve, el protón de entrada está caído, no hay sistema de riego, las luminarias de la calle Privada Gema no funcionan desde hace tres semanas, la “casa club” no tiene mobiliario. En mi casa no han reparado problemas de humedad en un baño, con la obra de la nueva privada se están dañando las paredes de los patios, el piso de una recámara está mal colocado…. Y así la lista de detalles continúa….hace 9 meses compré y no hay quien te atienda o se interese por dar solución, la gente de la inmobiliaria simplemente sigue vendiendo. La persona responsable de las ventas,.srta. Elvia muy competente y servicial siempre en contacto hace buen seguimiento a sus clientes. Complete residential 10 minutes from the beach. 2a. They didn't even know the currency of their own bank account to receive deposit. they lied about time line, took over 5 weeks after getting paid to sign the title deed but they lied to my face saying it was going ot be only 3 days. to this day and numerious email excahnge i still don't have at least a date set to get the keys and access to what i paid for. horrible horrible people to deal with, the level of stupidity is incredible.
