After making reservations in advanced for specific rooms, one in particular closer to the pool for my disabled 95 years old mother. When arriving, they informed us that both of our reserved rooms had plumbing problems, so they decided to give us different rooms IN A SECOND FLOOR!! without an elevator, including the room for my disable mother. They did not have the decency to call us in advance and informed us about the problem. So, after showing our disapproval, the finally gave us one of the "reserved" rooms, but the one for my mother, next to the pool was not available and gave us one further away. Next day, the room that we reserved for my mom was given to someone else , WHAT WAS THAT??!! When we left, we indicated our disappointment in handling the situation, and they just said "Sorry". In addition, at 3 o'clock in the morning, there was a parade of cockroaches in the kitchen counter. Just make sure that when using the utensils and pots, just give them a pre-was before using them. Other than that, service was impeccable, everyone was very nice.
