T	Tania Ortiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena ubicación a 10 min de la playa y muchas tiendas de todo cerca y el departamento muy amplio y en buenas condiciones las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado junto con la sala comedor tiene cosina y un pequeños tipo patiecito está súper bien las habitaciones tienen una cama matrimonial y la otra dos materiales al menos en el dpto dónde nos hospedamos nosotras la vdd si lo recomiendo la zona es tranquila 100% recomendable la reservación con Airbnb Very good location 10 minutes from the beach and many shops all close by and the apartment is very spacious and in good condition the rooms have air conditioning along with the dining room has a kitchen and a small patio is super good the rooms have a bed matrimonial and the other two materials at least in the apartment where we stay the vdd if I recommend it the area is quiet 100% recommended booking with Airbnb
D	David John on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NICE little apartment complex located Gaviotas street, that has 7 apartments, un Mazatlán Sinaloa, México. Very quite y nicely upkept ( all appliances in my apartment were new when i rented)!!! Very nice manager that takes care of aún problems rapidly!!! LOCATED one block off the main drag in the Golden zone of Mazatlan y is about 100 yards from the beach. MANY bars y restarants Plus casino is only about 5 minute walk, but location is perfect y stays very quite year round!!! All apartments are long term rentals y include cable, internet, water. You pay electric bill though. Very nice!!!!!

Being in the golden zone, exactly between Old Mazatlan and the Marina, a block off the main avenue and two from the beach it's location is priceless and right in the middle of everything good in Mazatlan. Tons of restaurants, eateries and whatever you need to make your vacation a great one. the villas have everything to make your stay super comfortable and the hosts are awesome. Always clean and available there's no way you go wrong choosing this place to stay. Try the sushi place across the street and the ice cream parlor on the other corner.
