â â â â â Super gerĂ€umige Unterkunft. Tolles Bett, KĂŒche mit Mikrowelle und kleinem Grill mit Herdplatten, Trinkwasser und allem Besteck, was man braucht. Das Bad ist sehr neu und das beste was ich bei meinem Mexiko-Aufenthalt hatte. Das Haus hat einen hĂŒbschen Pool und ein Dach, auf dem man den Sonnenuntergang und die ganze Insel sehen kann. Brenda ist sehr hilfsbereit und die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Ich war 5 NĂ€chte dort. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und sehr freundlich. Der Bus fĂ€hrt eine StraĂe entfernt. Man ist also gut angebunden. Es gibt wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Ich hatte hier wunderschöne Tage.
 Super spacious accommodation. Great bed, kitchen with microwave and small grill with hobs, drinking water and all the cutlery you need. The bathroom is very new and the best I had during my stay in Mexico. The house has a lovely pool and a rooftop where you can see the sunset and the whole island. Brenda is very helpful and the apartment has everything you need. I was there 5 nights. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. The bus goes one street away. So you are well connected. There really isn't anything to complain about. I've had wonderful days here.

â â â â â My spouse and I stayed in one of the four rooms at Villas Chukum in April of 2021. The complex was recently renovated and had a clean, new look. The owners Brian and Brenda were extremely friendly and easy to work with. Brenda arranged transportation from the airport to the ferry for us ($70 usd to the van driver). Brian picked us up from the ferry in their golf cart and drove us to the apartment.
The studio apartment was clean and updated. It included a locking safe, air conditioning, ceiling fan, a refrigerator, freezer, cooktop, microwave, drinking water, and all kitchen essentials.
There was a small clean pool, an outdoor shower, and two roof top patios along with plenty of outdoor seating.
A sturdy steel gate secures the exterior of the complex. Always felt safe as we have on several visits to the island.
It is located about two blocks from the Super Aki in La Gloria, 2-3 blocks from the Caribbean shore. Our modes of transportation were walking, bus, and taxi.
I would recommend Villas Chukum to anyone looking to stay in the La Gloria neighborhood.
