★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very loud. We are used to loud hostels and tried to avoid it this week. As we went to bed we couldn’t sleep at all. Horrible ! You can hear everything, very very loud music, drunk people and kids screaming. Worse hotel since a long time. Not that clean bathrooms either. Very disappointed

Just FYI if your reservation says you will have a refrigerator let me tell you they do not have, i asked about it and guy at reception told me the online page its not updated, oh and the breakfast you have to go to down town for a cup of fruit and coffe. I also asked if i was able to take towels to the beach, i was told take the ones from your room we will change them, when i ask for clean ones lady told me we are not supposed to take towels to the beach. Please you need to be in the same page. Do not get your customers all confused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just came back from our family vacation in Sayulita and I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. The suites are huge and clean. The view is gorgeous. The pool is nice. The people working here are also very nice Sayulita itself is a great little town. I recommend it to anyone who doesn't like huge hotel complexes or all inclusive vacations, but who likes individual vacations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends and I spend a weekend here in villas chulavista, we had a good time, the place it's comfortable, clean and relax.. I have to say that there is not telephone to communicate to reception and there is no person always there. The bungalows have an open space so there are a lot of bugs.. But definitely have the best views at the morning. We enjoyed our stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel has a nice true mexican aesthetic but it's a bit worn down. They have an ant problem in the rooms and the staff are lazy.
Some days my bed was made and some days it wasn't
The lights in my bathroom didn't work and I told the staff and they didn't do anything about it. The toilet broke as well. The top of the tank overflowed due to a piece inside the tank breaking. I woke up to 2 cm of water all over the bathroom floor. The staff were not apologetic and they were almost mad they had to fix It.
Filter water was included which was nice but they didn't change the water for me when it was empty. I had to do that as well..
while changing the water the kitchen counter fell apart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute and (mostly) clean with helpful staff. Felt safe even though there is no real reception and open concept. Be ready to share your kitchen space with your neighbors if you don't book two rooms.
At the top of the hill, it can be quite quiet. Unless the other guests have other ideas. The open plan of the hotel means you will hear everything from the one loud group. I recommend earplugs. Also construction nearby hinders sleeping in.
The drains were slow, and brought hair up with them as they filled while the water while showering. Half of the lights didn't work. And there were dead bug squash marks on the bathroom walls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything about this place was amazing, the views,cleanliness, location, price, etc. Only wished that pool area had floaters for use, music or at most a speaker one can use, perhaps some bikes, & most important atleast a coffee station ?..but otherwise highly recommended
