★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¿ por que permiten que siertas personas que disen ser del hotel acosen al turismo cuando sale del lugar o las instalaciones queriendo ofreser siertos paquetes y membresias de costos de asta 200.000 y por mas que uno dise no se aferran incomodando al cliente del hotel aaaa y todavía hasta se molestan dichas personas y esto pasa en la mayoría de los hoteles de acapulco tengan cuidado es un gancho para robarle y estafar al turismo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mínimo que tengan lo básico en buen estado, cada vez va decayendo más este lugar y del administrador que se encuentra ahí es un tipo nefasto y grocero que no tiene la más elemental educación para tratar a las personas, año con año va de mal en peor este lugar y las fotos que aparecen en esta página no sé dónde son pero definitivamente de las Villas de Acapulco no son

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy cierto que es relativamente económico, pero necesitan mantenimiento urgentemente, las cañadas están sucias, la alberca muy sucia las tres veces que hemos ido, el disque administrador te restringe todo, no ésto, no el otro. El como administrador deja mucho que desear. El lugar en si esta muy bien, deberían de cambiarlo, se cree el dueño.

Deberían actualizar un poco las habitaciones y ponerles buen aire o ventiladores, ya que en mi habitación hacía muchísimo calor y la verdad es difícil, el refrigerador ya estaba muy antiguo y algo oxidado, la alberca limpia y deberían poner zonas de tendederos ya que adentro no se seca y pues las normas dicen que no podemos usar barandales o sillas. Bueno pero le hace falta mejorar.

They should update the rooms a bit and put good air or fans on them, since in my room it was very hot and the truth is difficult, the refrigerator was already very old and somewhat rusty, the pool clean and they should put areas of clotheslines since inside it is not it dries up and the rules say we can't use railings or chairs.
