Las casas son muy pequeñas, no hay un sistema de drenaje con la capacidad necesaria para la zona fluvial los terrenos no están bien compactados y se hacen socabones

Se sigue inundando la colonia y ahora es peor que nunca hay constantes asesinatos en la colonia y asaltos el alumbrado constantemente queda inservible y tras los reportes la espera para que lo arreglen pueden pasar hasta 15 días
