Very bad, the administration does not respect its guests, they have a sign that says that loudspeakers are not accepted and that after 9 pm silence must be kept in the common areas, and of three nights that I was two nights they had a party at full volume no matter that the guests had to sleep, they started at 8 pm and ended until 3 am parties organized by the administration and one day from 9 to 10 pm a guest had his horn at full volume without the administration doing anything about,

Nothing recommended, I don't know how there are those who put 5 stars Very run down and dirty the place The prices are exaggeratedly expensive for what they really offer The rooms were delivered after 4 in the afternoon They offered us a bungalow for 6 people and there were 3 beds together in the same room and upon entering the bungalow it smelled quite of insecticide We ask to change to other bungalows because there is no way to all be in the same room with only 1 bathroom. In one of the bungalows the water leaked from the bathroom into the room and in the morning bed bugs came out of the mattress. In the other, the refrigerator was pouring water and the water faucets in the kitchen did not have the handles to open and close, the contacts do not work, only the one in the kitchen They do not give towels and kitchen utensils are incomplete and not enough The rooms are connected by the bathrooms, you can hear practically everything from the bungalow next door They do not know how to put order in the facilities, it was after 12 and there were people in the pool area making a lot of noise and administration did not tell them anything The hallways are very unsafe, there were several of the rails loose, they can cause a serious accident I will not return to this "hotel" Unfortunately due to the rush and fatigue of the trip, we stayed here for only 2 days, but there are better options, not only in cost but in comfort.

I really don't know if they leave this criticism. I don't know if anyone else talked about this experience, but I went to this hotel on an excursion and the truth is my question is ... What are they based on to give a good rating for this place ... First, there were no towels in the rooms and, not only did it happen to me ... when I went to "beg", because I feel like it was; They will lend us some, three times at different times they told us that there were none, in the last they told us that they had already lent all of them. I ask ... How is it possible if there were rooms without them, at reception they told us that there were no more. I don't know much about this, but I think you don't need to be wise to know that there should be a stock for the rooms and perhaps an emerging quantity to be able to lend more. Second ... The menu that was offered to us, by the person who took us on the excursion, never coincided with what the place awarded ... not to mention that some foods were raw when served to the public. That is to say in a primordial way, that this; although it seems that I speak badly of the place; I would like it to be a constructive criticism for the managers or owner (s) of the place, and serve to make their place really a good place of high category. Finally, I did not understand, because being a four-star hotel ... never in the four days that we were there was the toilet done in the rooms ... The hotel is very good, I sincerely recommend it, since we arrived the people at the reception and all the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, they were always aware that we did not lack anything, I have no complaints in that regard, take a bus of 60 passengers and usually in all hotels it takes a long time to check in and in this hotel quite the opposite, without exaggerating we did not take even 10 minutes to deliver all the rooms you book, Congratulations to the hotel staff, especially to the girl at the reception who attended us, the hotel was always clean and the pool was still clean, my only recommendation is to change the mattresses in the rooms more often since some (not all) feel a bit worn and reinforce the railings on the third floor are a bit loose, but from then on everything is excellent, close to the beach, the rooms have good space, they are not cramped like in other hotels, highly recommended enable and more if they carry groups
