A really cool place to spend a weekend, lots of apartments for rent and a bit off the beaten path which is very good now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not normally a holiday place people do sometimes rent apartments for long-term like months over the winter from the owners. Like all apartments on the seaside there are some plumbing issues with salt. The Mexicans normally don’t use the hot water much, so it can be slow on the showers. The maintenance guy and his wife are very nice and helpful. They can help you with common Mexican problems like water going out or electricity going out. His wife will also clean apartments for a reasonable fee. He will also clean cars for a reasonable fee. I like the apartments a lot they are large and it is easy to walk to the town or to get the bus in to Progresso.
