Afortunadamente realice una investigación de la zona antes de comprar la casa, lo cual debes hacer tu para evitar sorpresas en un futuro si tienes intención de compra. Lo único que no me gustó es que te mienten con tal de vender, las casas no son de muros independientes se comparte un solo muro con la casa vecina. También investigue las escrituras las cuales ellos ofrecen como residencial y son de interés social, así mismo no es mala opción de vivienda si tú eres de la zona, si piensas vivir aquí y trabajar en la CDMX no encontrarás las comodidades de centros comerciales ya que la zona es de pueblos aún y realmente encuentras casas a un menor precio en esta zona y sobre todo más grandes en su terreno. Solo te recomiendo que investigues en grupos de Facebook y Google sobre noticias del fraccionamiento y saques tus propias conclusiones.
