★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómo propietario uno tiene que arreglar todo ya que desafortunadamente la constructora no termina de arreglar todo (no hay agua) y no cuidan del fraccionamiento. Después de comprar la constructora lava las manos. Hay mucho potencial porque quién ya vive aquí está haciendo de todo para que mejore.
 As an owner one has to fix everything since unfortunately the construction company does not finish fixing everything (there is no water) and they do not take care of the subdivision. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonito. Pero no tienen agua potable aún, tienen que llenar sus cisternas con pipas frecuentemente. Tampoco llega internet aún a allá. Y el servicio de recolección de basura es privado, por lo que ellos lo pagan. Ojalá pronto los regularicen/entreguen a municipio.
Very pretty. But they don't have drinking water yet, they have to fill their tanks with pipes frequently. Nor does the internet even reach there. And the garbage collection service is private, so they pay for it. Hopefully they will be regularized / delivered to the municipality.

Ámsterdam, cerca al Libramiento sur Poniente, hay terrenos diponibles, super tranquilo, las casitas están bonitos, estilos tipo contemporáneo, las casa se ven espaciosas, tiene una casita club (para hacer reuniones, eventos, etc.) con alberca tiene caseta de seguridad 24/7.
This place is in prol. Amsterdam, near the South Poniente Bypass, there are lots available, super quiet, the houses are beautiful, contemporary styles, the houses look spacious, it has a clubhouse (for meetings, events, etc.) with a pool, it has a security booth 24/7.

Muy bien ubicado, tiene super mercados, escuelas, hospitales, restaurantes, fondas, tiendas de conveniencia y servicios a la mano. Consituyentes y el Libramiento a un paso, por lo que te conectas con todo Qro en un tris.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un gran lugar para adquirir casa o terreno, muy bien ubicado y bastante agradable, por lo que si andas buscando adquirir este podría ser un gran lugar para tener una casa, las cuales están alrededor de los 3 millones de pesos, los terrenos alrededor del millón, además tiene vigilancia y es muy seguro, la tranquilidad que se siente en la privada es excelente, así que si andas buscando por la zona creo es un gran lugar para adquirir un bien raíz, en lo particular creo es uno de los mejores lugares para poder vivir y tener una casa bastante bonita, pero como normalmente lo digo, cada quien tiene su mejor opinión y cada quien su bolsillo.
