Very relaxing place! Artists themes in the rooms were amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. Juan Jose was an awesome guide and helped us set up services. Free bicycles to use are big perk. Right by the main shopping strip. I would definitely stay here again!

Let me start by saying the staff are very friendly but having no one on duty unable to speak English isn’t helpful. The location of the property is super ideal if you want to be around locals and eat delicious Mexican street food. Now let’s get to the things that made me fall out of love with this reservation. Paid over $500 for a weekend stay. 1. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone prior to coming in to arrange transportation to and from hotel, when clearly stated arrange through concierge. 2. Description of rooms and pics misleading. Called to verify what I was potentially purchasing and no one picks up the phone. I tried for 2 days and from several what’s app accounts. Spoke to 1 person and they didn’t understand anything I was saying and call was disconnected. 3. No dryer, no iron, no tv(which they did state prior). 4. Stains on pillow cases, dust in some areas, lights in some areas of the unit weren’t working. 5. Asked the concierge Alfredo(who is a very kind guy) to call us a taxi, he tried but couldn’t get taxi service to our hotel. For what I paid this hotel fell very short of expectations and service. For this price I could’ve stayed at an all-inclusive resort and had a greater hotel experience. I think it’s imperative that if you’re advertising a service, as well as have guest travel in from another country, their should be someone to answer all necessary questions available.

Really wish i didn’t have to write this review but i just have to. Didn’t meet my expectations at all. The room i rented was very misleading from the pictures i saw online. It was type dirty and we found dead cockroaches inside the room which was very disgusting. The hot tub was dirty. I honestly felt like we had been put in one of the worst rooms. Not worth the $$ we paid. I know it’s not the hotels fault but there was a shootout right in front of the hotel and we felt very unsafe. We left before our reservation date ended because my partner and i found a hotel that was way cheaper, more upgraded and much more sanitary than this one. This was my first time visiting tulum and this hotel was not as pleasant as i thought it would be. Thankfully we left and found a better place.

I booked regular room, but it has large one room with big kitchen, good balcony space with cute hammock. Each room named after famous artist, painting on the walls. (My room was Gustav Klimt!) Breakfast included and it was simple but tasty, they also had original coffee. I loved their breakfast. Very chill hotel,highly recommend!

As soon as I walked in I felt like i was in a fairytale. A delicious breakfast was cooked for us every morning. Staff was very friendly n definitely made us feel welcome.? the only thing I didn't like was that our rooftop connected to another rooms rooftop

Cute boutique hotel with a calm and tranquil vibe. Comfortable common areas to relax from the busy streets of the city. Location is right next to a street food cart hot spot! Easy access to the main street, but also far enough away that you don't get the foot traffic of tourists. Hotel was very helpful in getting taxis and tours to Coba and Cenotes in the area. Great price for the same comforts of a luxury hotel.

Nice and friendly hotel but if you are a light sleeper you will probably have a problem to fall a sleep, because hotel is in downtown and there is loud music club nearby. Besides this, hotel exterior is peaceful hidden jungle with refreshing pool. They will borrow you a free bikes and staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very nice room, bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast was served on a plate, not self service, but was good (fruits, eggs, yogurt and granola, juice). It is very close to the main avenue, with restaurants and stores, but it's a bit far to go to the beach by food. They have bikes that you can rent for free. Parking space for 2 cars, but plenty of space on the street (seemed safe). We didn't listen to any loud music in the 3 nights we slept there. Staff was really nice and helpful. Shower pressure could be a little bit better.
