★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a wonderful place to stay if you are wanting to have access to the beach right off the patio. The condo is well apportioned for having two - four adults (2 couples) or two adults with two smaller kids or a teenager. All communication was handled extremely well. There is a gate to enter and exit with a designated parking space for a rental car. It is very close to the ferry to Isla Mujeres. It is quiet, not a lot of hustle and bustle like the hotel zone. Great views. Do take some bug spray for mosquito's but that is a small price to pay for what the condo offers. Highly recommend for a get away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful experience at this venue! Very quiet, beach view and safe. Remote controlled gate, security Easy access down both ends of the street to activities, restaurants and beaches (just be mindful of the many speed bumps!). It is away from the hectic traffic of the hotel zone and driving back from any location felt like going home to a quiet oasis. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and they were very helpful with information on the local historical sites, activities and eateries.

Private beach, suitable for swimming directly in front of unit shared only with other tenants + private pool. Private, securely-gated, covered parking with guard. 2b/2br, wifi, a/c and numerous ceiling fans, hot water, and kitchen with basic cookware, spices/oils and extras [microwave + toaster oven + water, etc]. Hammock and panoramic views.
Quiet, peaceful, relaxing.
Walking distance to restaurants and OXXO, but grocery is by taxi/van ADO. Very easy to find. Tentative host. Felt very safe - solo, female traveler.
