★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited right before the epidemic hit (in the beginning of March 2020) and it was SO beautiful. The resort is set in the middle of Hotel-Mile in Cancun, and while outside the resort seems busy, inside is tranquil and the staff is SO helpful, so friendly, and always willing to please. The food is amazeballs and going off the resort is super walkable. There is a ped-mall across the street with amazing food, lots of shopping, and there's lots to do. 100% recommended - paradise!
