★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bellas cabañas, bastante amplias, cómodas, no se escucha el ruido y los establecimientos a los que puedes acceder están muy bien tratados, a excepción de las mesas de ping pong. Les falta mayor limpieza y mejores raquetas.
Very beautiful cabins, quite spacious, comfortable, no noise is heard and the establishments you can access are very well treated, except for the ping pong tables. They need more cleanliness and better rackets.

Ojo con las cabañas que reservan, la cabaña que nos asignaron dejo mucho que desear y se lo comunicamos al personal, el cual es muy prepotente y no nos brindó una solución, pedimos un reembolso y nos querían SANCIONAR con el 70% del total del pago.
Nos comunicaron con la gerente Lorena y nos dijo que no nos preocuparamos y esperáramos a que ella llegará para solucionarlo. Esperamos hasta las 8pm afuera en el frío de mazamitla, para que llegara y super grosera diciendo que no había nada que hacer, que ella no iba a molestar a los dueños por simplezas como esa y que nos regresaría solo el dinero de las "personas extras" la cual era una niña de 3 años que nos cobraron como adulto (jajaj ni en Xcaret los cobran!).
En fin de las peores experiencias.
Cabins of "8 people" that look like 4, maximum 5.
Be careful with the cabins that they reserve, the cabin that they assigned us left a lot to be desired and we communicated it to the staff, who is very arrogant and did not provide us with a solution, we asked for a refund and they wanted to SANCTION us with 70% of the total payment .
They put us in touch with the manager Lorena and she told us not to worry and wait for her to come and fix it. We waited until 8pm outside in the cold of Mazamitla, for her to arrive and she was super rude saying that there was nothing to do, that she was not going to bother the owners for simple things like that and that she would only return the money from the "extra people" "Which was a 3-year-old girl who charged us as an adult (hahaha, not even in Xcaret do they charge them!).
In short of the worst experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ :( Era de mis lugares favoritos, sin embargo en esta ocasión deja mucho que desear. Las sábanas las encontré llenas de pelos, el control de la t.v no funcionaba, había un animal en colchón :( telaraña por todos lados.
Que triste, si van a ir, revisen que todo en su habitación funcione y se encuentre limpio incluso antes de pagar.
Muy decepcionada :(
:( It was one of my favorite places, however this time it leaves much to be desired. I found the sheets full of hair, the TV control did not work, there was an animal on the mattress :( cobwebs everywhere.
How sad, if you are going to go, check that everything in your room works and is clean before you even pay.
Very disappointed :(

Pero el personal no es amable... Solo pasa tu tiempo de salida de la cabaña y ya no eres tan bienvenido... Les falta mucho trato con las personas
Very good place to hang out...
But the staff is not friendly... Just spend your time out of the cabin and you are not so welcome anymore... They lack a lot of dealing with people
