★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein herrlicher Ort. Vorher haben wir in der City gewohnt und wollten dann am Meer sein. Diese Ruhe ist himmlisch. Man hört nur Wellen und ist aber mit dem Rad in 10 Minuten wieder beim Eisladen ?Der Gebäudekomplex ist modern und hat ca. 10 Wohneinheiten. Das Apartment ist etwas unglücklich designed, da in der Küche viel Platz ungenutzt bleibt, aber der Bereich, in dem man sitzt, etwas eng ist. Der Pool ist ab mittags im Schatten und man kann dort nicht baden wegen der Steine.
Iris ist die Managerin und sehr dienstleistungsorientiert, hat viele Tipps parat und kommuniziert zuverlässig.
Ich würde wiederkommen.
A lovely place. We used to live in the city and then wanted to be by the sea. This calm is heavenly. You only hear waves and you can cycle back to the ice cream shop in 10 minutes ? The building complex is modern and has about 10 residential units. The apartment is a bit unfortunate in design as there is a lot of unused space in the kitchen but the seating area is a bit cramped. The pool is in the shade from midday and you can't swim there because of the stones.
Iris is the manager and very service-oriented, has lots of tips ready and communicates reliably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were really disappointed: a basic apartment with 2 forks, 2 pots and 1 mini pan and no sieve, no salt, no oil.
The windows go either to the pool or the noisy busy road. There is hardly any privacy, since the bedroom window goes to the community pool, too.
Besides that there building a house next to the building and as a guest you have to listen to heavy construction works from Monday to Sunday (!!!)
The area is in the middle of the island and you don't get anything of the good. Since it is not possible to bath there, since everything is full of stones and dead corals, the sea is really rough there and always windy.
So you still have to take a cab to Playa Norte everyday.
No recommendation, especially not for that price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An incredible place to stay. Clean, modern and with stunning views of the ocean. Pool is clean and warm, parking spaces for cars and golf carts. Room clean was done as scheduled and was immaculate! One of the best things is that the owner is very caring and looks after the guests. Highly recommended for anyone coming to Isla Mujeres.
