Estamos a 3,400 metros sobre le nivel del mar. En las faldas del majestuoso pico de Orizaba. Somos el único y el más alto hotel de montaña de toda América del Norte.

E	Emilio San Cristobal Ramírez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se me hizo un poco caro el glampin, 900 por una cama y un techo, luz limitada y baño como a 50 - 60 metros de distancia. El lugar es muy bonito, literal ves por la ventana y despiertas en las nubes. Muy recomendado para viaje familiar o con pareja, la cabalgata a las faldas del cofre está muy padre, pero hace demasiado frío durante el camino y al llegar a las faldas, deben llevar ropa que cubra todo, mi pareja llevo un pantalón de mezclilla pero tenía destapado un par de centímetros a donde llegaba el pantalón y la calceta o tenis y le dio demasiado frío en esa pequeña parte. The glampin was a bit expensive for me, 900 for a bed and a roof, limited light and a bathroom about 50 - 60 meters away. The place is very beautiful, you literally look out the window and wake up in the clouds. Highly recommended for a family trip or with a partner, the ride to the skirts of the chest is very cool, but it is too cold along the way and when you reach the skirts, you must wear clothes that cover everything, my partner wore denim pants but had uncovered a couple of centimeters to where the pants and sock or tennis reached and it got too cold in that small part.
E	Edrey Cruz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me he hospedado en este lugar pero el solo hecho de que esté en las faldas del volcán lo hace una belleza de lugar. Las cabañas se ven muy bien aunque las pequeñas parecen ratoneras por lo pequeñas que son y no cuentan con baño por lo que debes salir a los baños que están cerca. No imagino salir al baño una noche de invierno a la mitad de la madrugada. La comida del restaurante no es la mejor pero sí tiene buen sabor. Cuenta con puente tibetano, senderos muy bonitos y un mirador donde te olvidas de todo porque la vista es espectacular. I have not stayed in this place but the mere fact that it is on the slopes of the volcano makes it a beauty of a place. The cabins look very good, although the small ones seem like mousetraps because of how small they are and they do not have a bathroom, so you have to go to the bathrooms that are nearby. I can't imagine going to the bathroom on a winter night in the middle of the morning. The food in the restaurant is not the best but it tastes good. It has a Tibetan bridge, very nice trails and a viewpoint where you forget everything because the view is spectacular.

I clearly asked for information regarding whether a room was available and what we were looking for if it wasn't. I asked for their help and a response, and that I would want a different room if the other wasn't available. They didn't respond for over six days, and then when I reached out again, they responded casually the room I wanted wasn't available. They seemed very uninterested in my business, which is unfortunate. I was ready to use a lot of the offered services, and spend a lot of money with them, but now I have no confidence in their interest in customer service.
