Las casas son de un tamaño mediano con todos los servicios, la habitabilidad depende el dueño en caso de que usted busque una casa en renta, ya que hay casas sin acondicionar muy caras para rentar, y otras muy completas, sin problema de estacionamiento, una amplia área verde, cerca de comercios cómo Coppel, Bodega Aurrerá, Oxxo, etc.
