★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location, 2 small swimming pools...But not nice surroundings behind willas. Our willa doesn't have dinning table. Our balcony has the street view and was dusty all the time, cleaning ladys don't clean balcony at all. Nice bonus was free drinking water and coffee as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect in every way! From the moment I booked with Keith to the second I boarded the ferry back to Cancun for my flight, everything was a dream and couldn't be more calm and organized. The villas are brand new, spotlessly clean, secure and are in the BEST LOCATION possible. They are quiet, charming and have all of the modern amenities to keep you calm, cool and collected. What a great job they have done with the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful, super-clean well-equipped condo. They have thought of everything. Wifi, a/c, and water/shower all work well. Our unit was quiet day and night, only sound was crashing waves. Very modern. Have not seen one bug. Property manager was very responsive to our questions and needs. Upstairs units require climbing steep stairs so be advised. We have loved this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at Villas San Miguel for six days in November 2020. The weather was a bit bad because apparently hurricane season is all Fall now--which is not the owner's fault. It did cause me some trouble with the wifi. But the villas themselves were lovely..it was super close to the Súper Akí store so I was able to settle in for a little work from home vacation.
The staff was always very nice. They helped me book day trips and taxis. Maintenance even fixed my headphones!
Good, quiet place to stay if you want some rest and relaxation! Am told the owner's other property, NautiBeach, is a bit more lively and in the center of the action. Depends what you want!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd year staying here. They were booked for part of our stay and sadly we could not stay our whole vacation. Ease of booking and communication is wonderful. Abdiel goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Gloria is the BEST housekeeper and very friendly as well. Very clean. Pools wonderful. Close to everything! See you next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10 would stay here again. Affordable, clean, front desk manager super helpful and nice, owner of property (who I spoke to over Vrbo to book) also helpful and accommodating. Villas are on the boardwalk and you can easily walk to town within 5 minutes. Beach 10 minute walk. Bar to the east of the villas called tiny gecko you can walk too using the boardwalk as well. Bed super comfy, full kitchen with everything you need. Cleaning people came in to my surprise as well!! Beach towels provided, coffee and fresh water. Amazing location and again, CLEAN!! Pools an added bonus too. Will stay here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very Good location. The villas over look the sea and are walking distance to shopping and restaurants. After getting off the ferry the villas are three easy walkable blocks away. Even though it is close to the action it is calm and relaxing. The villa and the property are very clean. Amazing view. It was even quiet during spring break. The look of the property is very cute and in pristine shape. A decent size grocery store can very seen from the property and is a great place to grab pantry essentials since all of the villas have kitchens. I can't say enough about our stay.
