Positive: good value for money. The pool. Negative: The doorbell in order to call the guard (for opening the main gate) is close to the romos. We have been awoken all night long !!!.

Positive: The Location of the Resort complex was ideal for approx. 15min walk across to the Las Palmas Playa (Lovely beach area). From there we were able to walk along (paddling our feet in the water on the way & occasionally going into the water to cool off) to Playa Diamante, another lovely beach area. Also for shopping, Walmart was only 15 mins walk up the main street towards Acapulco main city, lots of restaurants nearby. Acapulco airport was only 10 mins drive, so that was really handy & taxi was inexpensive. Best part was being able to jump on the bus from outside Walmart & get to Acapulco city & the famous bay area for only 12 pesos, approx 1 hour bus ride with usual city traffic when approaching the city area..

Positive: The only positive comment I have to make is that the wi-fi internet worked efficiently.. Negative: The problems started straight away when the taxi driver could not find the accommodation. It is concealed up a driveway from the main road, with no signage. When I eventually did get here, the frontage to the property was a large prison-style white gate. Upon ringing the buzzer for attention, I was greeted by a security guard in military fatigues carrying an AK-47 rifle. Three other guards were patrolling the property carrying the same guns. Neither the guard nor any of the staff spoke a single word of English, making attempts at communication infuriating. There was no receptionist. Instead, I had to try and make myself understood to a housemaid. She eventually took me to a small wooden shack masquerading as an office and handed me a form, all in Spanish language, with a room rate that was far in excess of what had been agreed with my booking. As I attempted to point out that this was wrong, she spoke to somebody on a phone for several minutes. As this was all in Spanish I had no idea what was being said. After some time, she led me to a ground floor apartment. The room was basic at very best. The beds had only sheets and no blankets. Ants were crawling up the bed and all over the sheets. To enter and leave the premises the gun-toting security guards have to let you in and out of the gate. Sleep was impossible during the first night owing to my room being situated right next to a kitchen, where staff worked non-stop through the night. I heard loud chatter, shouting, banging, drilling, the sounds of machinery, and bells being sounded for over eight hours. At one point, in sleepless frustration, I attempted to ask the kitchen staff to keep the noise down, but as they spoke no English and I speak no Spanish, I was not understood and the noise continued. Hundreds of ants have were running up from the floor all over the bedsheets..

I do not recommend this place. Hard to find, very loud at night if your room is next to the buzzer which on weekend nights rings all night and wakes you up, the bathroom smelled like a sewer, staff is friendly but not helpful. We left a day early to another hotel so that we could get some sleep.

Positive: Everything is clean, pretty and well kept. Nice grounds w flowers, bushes, grass, paths, big pool w shallow end for little kids, lots of nice chaises in shade and sun. Lots of paved parking, and private area, but not well signed so have your map handy for the taxi - 100 pesos from ADO bus terminal, also v close to the airport. It's 2 doors from Little Caesars pizza. Excelent wifi. Issues: bathrooms are v compact - but lots of hot water. Beach access is a hassle..
