Martha Glez. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LO BUENO Y LO MALO DEL HOTEL. 1.-LO BUENO: El hotel está a pie de playa, las habitaciones son amplias y tienen sala, parrilla para cocina, refri y utensilios sencillos para que cocines o te prepares lo que quieras, te prestan la sombrilla, sillas, sombrilla, Toallas para la playa (te ahorras dinero en rentarlas) tiene un amplio estacionamiento y también queda cerca del centro y hay un oxxo cerca, el personal es amable y la limpieza del hotel en general bien. 2.- LO MALO: El precio no está tan barato, no existe el agua de cortesía, te venden un garrafon pero bueno, en realidad está barato y te dura más que las botellas,hay que pedir que te limpien la habitación sino no lo hacen. NO TIENE WIFI las habitaciones ? y las instalaciones están un poco viejas, pero eso se puede arreglar cambiándolas GOOD AND BAD OF THE HOTEL. 1.-THE GOOD: The hotel is on the beach, the rooms are spacious and have room, kitchen grill, fridge and simple utensils to cook or prepare yourself whatever you want, you pay the umbrella, chairs, umbrella, towels for the beach (you save money on rent them) has ample parking and is near the center and there is a oxxo close, friendly staff and cleanliness of the hotel overall good. 2. Pero falta mantenimiento, la puerta del refrigerador rechinaba horrible, la puerta de la habitación daba trabajo cerrarla. El agua de la alberca super fría. En el área de alberca no hay ni una sombra para descansar. A las palapas que tienen en la playa les falta mantenimiento. En ningún momento del día limpian el área donde te quitas la arena de los pies, de tal manera que a las 2 de la tarde ya da asco enjuagarte ahí. Tampoco tiene limpieza continua en los sanitarios de uso común. Tienen unas instalaciones a las que le podrían sacar más provecho. The only excellent thing is the space of the rooms ... But maintenance is lacking, the refrigerator door squeaked horrible, the room door was hard to close. The pool water is super cold. In the pool area there is not even a shade to rest. The palapas they have on the beach lack maintenance. Tiene detalles en las instalaciones ya que son un poco viejitas y les falta mantenimiento, no tuvimos un día agua caliente y estuviera genial que calentarán un poco el agua de la alberca ya que nos tocó muy fría y muchos no se meten por eso. (Casi vacía todo el tiempo la alberca) Excellent place, large pool and excellent service, they also lend you umbrellas, towels, tables and chairs for the beach. Sus habitaciones tienen vista a la playa. Tiene una alberca par adultos y niños y es hotel a pie de playa. Muy buena opción solo falta mejorar la atención del personal ya que algunos no tienen capacidad de respuesta ante eventos. The hotel is very nice and big. The very complete rooms have a bedroom and a living room with gray sofa and dining room and two complete bathrooms. Its rooms overlook the beach. It has a swimming pool for adults and children and it is a hotel on the beach. Very good option, the only thing left is to improve the attention of the staff since some do not have the capacity to respond to events.
