I finally reached them via Facebook messenger only to be told by them to get an Uber (even though airport transfers were offered on the hotels.com site). Shower was lukewarm. Room was good for the price.

In the center of the hotel is an open air square with pool, restaurant, and flowering vines growing up arches that attract hummingbirds. The rooms are cute and clean, but you can hear everything in your neighbors rooms.
J	Jen E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. Nice old hotel, built in 1976. Pool area is beautiful, however water is cold. Restaurant & bar available. Food is good. Rooms are small, but cozy and clean. There was a wedding party staying the time we were there, as well as Spring equinox celebration at the Teotihuacan pyramid areas, so it was noisy. There is a spa, we did not try it out. You can walk or take a taxi to the various entrances to the pyramids. Fun Catrina statues available for purchase. As well as ruins on grounds.
