Second year staying here Wonderful location, immaculate, non-stop care and update.

Clean, comfortable, newly remodeled and nicely furnished. Management and staff congenial and professional. I'd definitely stay in this conveniently complex again.

I stayed here for a month and it was just perfect.. Maria who organises everything besides speaking perfect English is an angel and goes well beyond the call of duty being available, and amenable, down to get me a cork screw and bread knife, to helping with bus ticket... I could not have wished for more. I stayed in the smallest place so can't speak for the others, but it had everything from constant hot water and powerful shower to one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Then location is exceptional and it is a very quiet place. The room cleaning and laundry every week were perfect. I can not recommend it highly enough, you will be happy here. Thanks

I visited San Cristobal de Las Casas twice and then decided to live in the city permanently. I have rented their studio apartments twice, and now live in a 1 bedroom spacious apartment. A friend of mine lives in a similar apartment here and we both are so glad we found the Villas. The villas are centrally located, wonderfully clean, tastefully furnished , have comfortable beds and nice bedding. The kitchens are equipped with everything one needs to cook and store groceries. The best part of living at the Villas is the staff. The bilingual owner responds to every question and appeal for help pr advice immediately, She has accompanied us to doctors, arranged transportation to the airport, helped with a legal question, and makes herself available as if it is her greatest pleasure to be helpful. The staff of maintenance workers and housekeepers are just as helpful and always respond as if you are the only person in the world who might need something. They maintain a lovely garden, decorate for holidays, lift and carry suitcases and boxes, deliver packages, paint, and clean as if it is a pleasure for them to do so. There is a gate at the door that is always locked and a staff person is on duty all night to respond to late night issues. The complex is very secure and beautiful to look at. It is the perfect place to stay to feel safe, cared for, and comfortable. Pamela

I stayed here the month of November, 2021, and did I luck out! I met someone at a restaurant who was staying there and recommended it. It's an Architectural Digest-quality spot, outside and inside. It's beautiful, clean, quiet, safe, and very central. The manager, Maria, and her staff, have customer care and service tattooed on their DNA, I think. There was no request I had, however small or large, that they weren't happy to meet. In my opinion, it's the greatest place in town, and at a very affordable price.

My wife and I moved here in 2020 and thought it would be a few months. MARÍA and the staff there proved to be so warm, welcoming and the absolute best hosts that we stayed almost 2 years. If you are lucky enough to get a villa here I know you will receive the same. If something was ever in need of repair, it got attention immediately. The service and maintenance is ongoing and really rare for San Cris. I miss our villa immensely and we only left because of a job overseas. Our son was born there and as new parents they made us feel so safe and comfortable during the transition. Packages always came to our door and the staff is simply lovely. Thank you!!
