De preferencia hacer reservación porque debido a su popularidad comienzan los fines de semana a tener lista de espera. Vinaltura is a delicious experience, they have the mission of not having a normal kitchen, everything you can eat in Vinaltura is special and different. The wines are good and the pairings with their food is the best mix you can find. Preferably make a reservation because due to its popularity they begin to have a waiting list on weekends.

R	Robert Blackie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After leaving the hyper-commercialized, over-hyped garbage that was the Vinedos Donato, we decided to drive over to Vinaltura. I had tried their wines before in Bernal and thought they were amazing. Getting there was not easy - you have to drive through a small pueblo and the roads are not in good condition. HOWEVER, once you arrive it's like discovering a secret oasis surrounded by lush vineyards in the middle of the gorgeous Mexican countryside. We absolutely LOVED this place. You walk up to the second floor of a building that houses a restaurant that overlooks all the vineyards. Once there you can order samples of wine with small sharable plates of food all included. We tried eight (!!!) wines in total and each one was just wonderful. And the food was amazing, too. The views from their wrap-around outdoor balcony (with seating, though there was none available when we arrived) was just breathtaking. Staff were INCREDIBLE - so friendly, so knowledgeable, and speak English and Spanish. We visited a total of 7 wineries during our wine weekend tour, and this is still the one we talk about most and our favorite, by far. It's a relatively new winery so it's not yet well-know, so go now before the throngs of tourists arrive. I recommend arriving early so you can get a seat on the outdoor terrace. Take lots of photos and try EVERYTHING. We walked out with two bottles of amazing wine and I wish we had bought more. Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you visit ANY winery in Queretaro wine country, MAKE SURE YOU VISIT THIS ONE!!!! Don't be put-off by the journey or the road conditions - drive slowly, take your time, and you will be handsomely rewarded. Absolutely 5 stars - superb.
