★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bien por la seguridad, yo como visitante di mis datos, a quien iba a buscar y me pidieron una identificación, revisaron la cajuela del auto.
Pero no me dieron ficha o marbete. A la salida me pedían entregas la ficha o marbete...!!?
Very good for security, as a visitor I gave my information, who I was going to look for and they asked me for identification, they checked the trunk of the car.
But they didn't give me a token or a label. At the exit they asked me to deliver the token or label ... !! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas y la ubicación son muy buenas, pero hay asuntos como que el agua sigue siendo llevada con pipas, que la casa club no está habilitada ni en uso y que se entiende por circuito cerrado de televisión en la privada, que se cuentan con unas cámara vigilando la entrada principal al fraccionamiento, pero solo esas en toda la privada.
The houses and the location are very good, but there are issues such as that the water is still carried with pipes, that the clubhouse is not enabled or in use and that it is understood by closed circuit television in the private one, that there are some camera monitoring the main entrance to the subdivision, but only those in all the private.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonito, con amplias calles, buena vigilancia y seguridad. Lo único malo es que no obstante apreciarse un gran y cómodo salón de fiestas y-o usos múltiples, aun no lo entregan a los condóminos.
Por qué será?
Very nice, with wide streets, good surveillance and security. The only bad thing is that despite appreciating a large and comfortable party room and-or multiple uses, they still do not deliver it to the condominium owners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El fraccionamiento es muy seguro ya que desde la entrada te preguntan a dónde vas, dejas tu INE, o si entra algún taxi o carro ajeno a la gente que vive ahí le llaman a la persona de la casa correspondiente y dejan INE. Es muy bonito el fraccionamiento, y hay áreas verdes, para carnes asadas, etc.
The subdivision is very safe since from the entrance they ask you where you are going, leave your INE, or if a taxi or car comes in that does not belong to the people who live there, they call the person in the corresponding house and leave the INE. The subdivision is very nice, and there are green areas, for roast meats, etc.
