★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un rancho de origen ganadero ubicado en el municipio de San Felipe a sólo 40 minutos su cabecera municipal tomando la carretera 37 hacia el norte hasta la comunidad de Guadalupe tomando la salida a la derecha rumbo a El Tecolote, el recorrido desde la ciudad de León nos llevó dos horas aproximadamente. Ubicado en el Valle de Jaral de Berrios, cuenta con un suelo arcilloso, su clima en veranos que puede bajar la temperatura hasta 10 grados centígrados, contando con riego por goteo. El proyecto del viñedo nace en el año 2011 e inicialmente es de 16 hectáreas, de las primeras vides que llegaron al lugar fueron importadas con pie americano, en el crecimiento se tiene contemplado cada año plantar 4 hectáreas. Han desarrollado el gracias a la experiencia la reproducción para su propio crecimiento, su vivero tiene actualmente una producción anual de 40,000 sarmientos. La reproducción de las vides lo hacen en el mismo viñedo, la técnica es por medio de la selección manual de sarmientos de vides en su vivero madre, se forman atados de cien, mismos que se hidratan 24 horas en agua, si están más secos son 48 horas, después de esto se lleva a una fosa a encayarlo por un tiempo de 3 semanas a un mes para sacarlo con raíz para sembrarlo. Además se encuentran reproduciendo su propio porta injerto.
