★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, la chica delgada chaparrita de cabello negro junto con un gordo barbón alto , pareciera que les haces un favor al comprarles, pides precio y ponen caras, contestan de pésima manera, total si no les gusta su trabajo mediocre no se desquiten con el cliente! , Seria estupendo que el dueño aplicara mystery shopping y vea la ultra turbo mala atención que brindan sus empleados, mejor ni compren ahí no se los recomiendo.
Terrible customer service, the thin girl with short black hair and a fat, tall barbel, it seems that you do them a favor by buying them, you ask for a price and they put on faces, they answer in a terrible way, totally if they do not like their mediocre work they do not take it out with the client! It would be great if the owner applied mystery shopping and saw the ultra turbo bad attention that his employees provide, better not buy there, I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La capacitacion y sensibilizacion a su personal de caja es URGENTE. El trato y modo para dirigirse al cliente es de lo peor, grosero, igualado y retador. Estuvimos a punto de reportarlos ante SAT por no querer emitir la factura correspondiente a la compra, además, un día antes cotizamos y al otro dia nos subieron los precios. Hemos decidido nunca volver a comprar ahí.
The training and awareness of your cashier staff is URGENT. The treatment and way to address the client is the worst, rude, equal and challenging. We were about to report them to SAT for not wanting to issue the invoice corresponding to the purchase, in addition, one day before we quoted and the next day we raised our prices. We have decided never to buy there again.
