Compre 2 cajas de producto, solo llego una, tengo un mes y medio pidiendo que me reembolsen y me dicen que sin la fotografía de la caja no me pueden reembolsar. Yo levante la queja en FEDEX, yo inicie la investigación, yo he estado rastreando el paquete. Llevo ya 15 email con ellos y nada. Busquen otro proveedor.
Customer service is lousy. I bought 2 boxes of product, only one arrived, I have a month and a half asking to be reimbursed and they tell me that without the photograph of the box they cannot reimburse me. I filed the complaint at FEDEX, I started the investigation, I have been tracking the package. I already have 15 emails with them and nothing. Find another provider.
