★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He tomado las clases y me parecen excelentes ,el profesor Ari es muy amable y paciente ya que te explica cada una de las posiciones que se realizan y te hace sentir en confianza pero sobre todo relajada durante la clase. Sin duda la recomiendo. Me ha beneficiado mucho en cuanto a la flexibilidad y resistencia en el cuerpo.
 I have taken the classes and they seem excellent to me, Professor Ari is very kind and patient since he explains each of the positions that are performed and makes you feel confident but above all relaxed during the class. I definitely recommend it. It has benefited me a lot in terms of flexibility and resistance in the body.
