Compre el juego de tres sofa cama hace tres meses a meses sin intereses, con la intención de que ellos tenían que entregar en un máximo de 30 días hábiles!!! Aún así fui paciente, cuando se llegó el tiempo de 30 días hábiles YO tuve que pedir informes porque nada más no informaban nada, argumentaron tanto por whats app como en tienda que qué iban a tardar más tiempo sin fecha de entrega!!! Al final dijeron que para finales de mayo me entregaban, pero volvieron hacer lo mismo ahora se tardarán dos semanas y media más y eso a ver si no deciden atrasarlo más. No compren aquí puras mentiras y no dan solución APPALLING!!! I bought the set of three sofa beds three months to months ago without interest, with the intention that they had to deliver in a maximum of 30 business days !!! Even so I was patient, when the time of 30 business days arrived I had to ask for reports because nothing else they did not report anything, they argued both by whats app and in the store that they were going to take longer without a delivery date !!! Do not buy here pure lies and they do not give a solution
S	Sandra Morales on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supero mis espectativas, la atención fue más que excelente y bueno si hablamos de diseños me encantaron te explican cada tipo de tela el diseño que te puede convenir...Y bueno si hablamos de entrega, me dijeron que dos semanas para el envío de mi pedido, me sorprendió porque fue un poco antes de lo que me indicaron, estoy muy contenta de mi sofá cama.. Gracias!!!

Pero en cuanto a tiempo de entrega y calidad todo muy bien y excelente atención Very happy with our sofa bed I don't give it 5 stars because they had to put an extra handle on it and forgot about it and the truth is that I didn't want to return it... A	Aidee Hurtado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, telas de poca calidad, pides un tono de su muestrario llega tu mueble y nada que ver, cero profesionalismo, cero atención al cliente, parece que te hacen un favor, caros los muebles y ni siquiera los hacen bien, compré un sofa-cama y desde que me lo entregaron el mecanismo no funcionó correctamente, el individuo que efectuó la entrega me exigió propina,aún cuando su servicio fue pésimo. La verdad no lo recomiendo nada. Terrible service, poor quality fabrics, you ask for a tone from their sampler, your furniture arrives and nothing to do with it, zero professionalism, zero customer service, it seems that they are doing you a favor, the furniture is expensive and they do not even do it well, I bought a sofa -bed and since they delivered it to me the mechanism did not work correctly, the individual who made the delivery demanded a tip, even though his service was lousy. I really don't recommend it at all.
