This lounge is nice but it’s always under staffed and food is so basic. Day pass is $800 pesos or about $40USD. I’ve been 4 times with my priority pass, every time I’m hoping it improves a bit but this time it was a disaster. No servers downstairs, the mini sandwiches are old and dry. In December it had more staff so was looking forward to my visit in May. They took one step forward and two steps backwards. I have to mention the one server or bartender Ernesto who has been there all 4 times always looks angry and makes it seem like everyone wasting his time. Overall they need to improve their menu, hire more staff.

There are two lounges here. This is the smaller one near the duty free and Starbucks. Good service, small space. Photos of the menu attached.

This club has really stepped up the service lately with the increased visitation. We had great table service and never even had to get up to go to the bar, which I expect to do. They don't always tell folks that there's a large area downstairs in additional (and sometimes the bar is open down there too), and there's also some limited food items you can order a la carte, just ask. Over the last year, the service and drinks have improved quite a bit. It should be of note, there are 3 different VIP lounges @ PVR; there is the first small one after security, which is always full, and then there is the large main one down at the end of the B gates, but there is also the arrival's lounge, which can be accessed prior to security. The arrival's lounge is usually super empty and they make decent drinks too. Super friendly staff.

Frequent flyer here. This is one of the rare VIP lounges that accepts arrivals. They make your drinks strong! I’m writing this review and feeling buzzed from their margarita. Great customer service, great English. Small but has enough to make you feel welcome to Mexico. Use your priority pass and tip them!

So crowded that my friend and I couldn't enjoy but we did a walking tour. Nice two floors with an adequate amount of space. There were lots of people taking up extra space for no reason. No reason why your bags need a seat. At some point I hope to enjoy it one day.

Even by covid safety standards, this is not a great experience. There is a large seating area downstairs that would make distancing safe and comfortable, but they have it roped off for no apparent reason. The employees are all super nice, but this facility needs to be fully opened so we don't all have to be crammed in the top trying to access the limited number of outlets and bathrooms. Very disappointing.

Excellent service & good selection of drinks & light snacks. Plenty of charging points and good WiFi. **Could be a bit larger as it does get crowded at times. 4 stars overall & 5 stars for the outstanding service.

Reviewing larger lounge further into the airport. Fully open, but Capacity Limit is still enforced. Quiet area upstairs as well as dining tables and bar stools. Meals and drinks delivered by pleasant efficient servers. Large area downstairs as well. Clean washrooms.
