Out tour operator told us we needed to contact VIP services to arrange our prepaid transport from Cancun Airport to our resort. The VIP Rep at the airport sold us a $40US coupon that would allow us to travel from our resort Secrets Silversands to visit Secrets Akumal and get a free Swim with the Turtles Tour. When we got to our resort our VIP rep Adry Lara said the coupon was not valid and took the coupon. We never saw her again. I was foolish to spend $40 US.
The company has responded below and said it was another Company by the same name;not them. The company that I dealt with has many people working inside the airport all with standup desks. If the Company Below can direct me to the 'correct' Company I will remove my review.
