★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a frequent visitor to airport lounges I was very impressed with the ViPort Lounge Mexico International Airport in Terminal 1. The service was second to none especially Gabriela, who went out of her way with topnotch service, and even though She had a mask on you could feel her smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in the terminal 1 lounge of Mx city's int'l airport a couple of times for early morning flights and I can say that the service has been excellent. All personnel working there were professional and courteous willing to help and provide assistance, I will definitely continue spending my waiting hours in there. Congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Missed a connecting flight and was stuck at the airport for hours. Decided to make the best of it and went to the VIPort lounge - what a great choice we made!! Friendly staff, tasty food, and overall an experience that brought the good vibe back to our trip

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is pretty great. Our group missed our flight so we decided to go here for 35usd. They were so friendly and accommodating. Brought our group upstairs to a private area and gave us drinks food and whatever we needed. Super lovely staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good visit at the lounge. I had the upstairs all to myself. Naomi was very helpful with getting me food. They did have a few food items but the service from Naomi made up for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the one in Terminal 2. I think it's the only one with a reasonable selection of complimentary hot food. The chairs aren't very comfortable and the tables not very big, but the internet is good and the service was fast. I liked the meatballs the most.
