Note: every Vips I have visited, they never have vanilla icecream for the lemon pie milkshake, priorities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, everything bad. Food in my case was an extremely tough milanesa served cold. In my wife's case almost raw meat, also cold. Slow service. We left without eating or paying.
