VIPS - 48290 Puerto Vallarta

There were a couple negatives and positives with our visit. I have been to many VIPS over the years in other parts of México so maybe it's the just the location but I was unimpressed with the quantity of food, and the taste of my individual meal. Most of my companions enjoyed their meals but we agreed that VIPS is not as good as it was in the past... possiby due to COVID. The coffee, fruit and juice were perfect and the taste of many of the plates was decent. The accompanied soup style bread buns were really cold and dry and I am not sure why they were used for breakfast and without marmalade or butter. I did not like that pastries were brought to our table without warning and then charged for 25 MXN each. If we were asked we would have refused the pastries but it was assumed that they were included in the breakfast. The coupon discounts that we had were very easy to apply to our account and la senora Dulce was very friendly and accommodating.

Food terrible, served us burned bacon had to sent it back, service was not good either and prices very high

Can’t say this is a place I would ever recommend or return to. Staff struggle to be motivated and the cook ..not sure what he/she is doing??

Not the best experience. The food lacks taste and the service needs to improve a lot. The restaurant is very run down. Vips is dirty. You're better off going somewhere else.

PLEASE DON'T EAT HERE Super gross! No flavor, do not eat here it's a waste of money. Trust me the prices are $US prices for meals. I ordered the double Philly cheese steak sandwich it was nasty they put black beans on it. Like really? Beans I a Philly sandwich ? also the meat was dry it wasn't even flank steak meat it's just regular steak. My fiance ordered breaded chicken with enchiladas it was super gross aswell. YOUR BETTER OF EAT AT SAMS CLUB CAFE OR INSIDE THE GALERIAS MALL.
