★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this place on my recent trip to Acapulco. Everything was going well I ordered their “tacos de pollo” as my entree and a “Plato mixto” as an appetizer. Everything was going okay until I opened a sincronizada from the Plato mixto and there was a hair stuck to the cheese. I told the waiter and they apologized. They offered an exchange plate but we had almost finished the entire thing. Would have been nice to get a discount of some sort for the experience. Nobody wants to find a hair in their food especially as their first impression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service and meals are good as in all cafeterias of this chain. I liked this one in particular because it has ocean views. It has different choices for every meal and even snacks. They have a special menu for children with toys available for every kids' meals for an extra cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large selection at the buffet for breakfast. Tasty stuff. Price reasonable. But the coffee is disgusting. And lots of flies. And there is quite hot (there are only fans there). Worth a try if you are a tourist. Once, maybe twice.
