★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor food. We were four, everyone ordered something else, from enfrijoladas, to eggs, to fruit and nobody liked their food. Moreover, it was impossible to alter anything in the dishes (for example I asked to have scrambled eggs in my enfrijoladas instead of chicken and the waitress told me it was impossible).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While their food is not really bad (though not very special either - Mexico offers a lot better food than they do!), the service is pretty bad. Food was put on our table without the waitress saying a word or even look at us, or just while talking to someone else. After we had our breakfast, we were not able to get the attention of any waiter or waitress for the check.
I will never go to a VIPS restaurant again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a salad. The ingredients tasted highly processed or as if they had been frozen and then thawed out. The fruit tasted like ass. I wanted an iced coffee. The waitress said they didn't serve those, so I asked for a coffee and a glass full of ice. Seemed retarded that their wait staff seem to have no ?desire/incentive? to be even slightly creative. On the plus side, the menu had quite a bit of variety. Except, no cow milk alternatives. This is 2017 so I'd hope for at least soy milk. No dice.
