El vuelo se retrasó. Nos dieron cupón para éste lugar y claramente no están preparados para recibir tanta gente.
9:30 hice ni orden. A las 11 no eran capaces de darmela. Se les había terminado el pan, pollo y no fueron para informarnos y así poder pedir otra cosa. Ni el agua fueron capaces de traerme en más de 2 horas.

The flight is delayed. They gave us a coupon for this place and clearly they are not prepared to receive so many people.
9:30 I made no order. At 11 they were not able to give it to me. They had run out of bread, chicken and they didn't come to inform us so we could order something else. Not even the water was able to bring me in more than 2 hours.
