★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally, the customer service was awful (slow and rude), the food is nothing like the ones shown in the pictures and the healthy measurements are not applied at all (I saw many employees without a facemask).
I love VIPs' food, but this one in particular should and must improve all the way down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, the waiter was so careless and rude. The food was disgusting, I asked for caldo tlalpeno and it was super salty so I couldn't eat it. I told the manager and he was like, ah ok let me take it from you without giving an explanation or offering a solution. I also asked for french fries and they never brought them. I used to like the place a few years ago but now I hate it and I will never go back again. Funny think I was talking to people about it and everybody agreed with me about the poor quality of service and food.
